KAHLUA In saucepan boil white sugar, vanilla, and the 3 cups of water for 20 min.then set aside to cool.
Mix 1/2 c of instant coffee and 1 c of boiling water,set aside to cool.
When cool mix both together& add 26 oz vodka.
Bottle and age for 2 weeks
